"I was student in July 2006. It was just great to spend time in Krakow and the teaching was very active. I was very beginner in polish and learn a lot and I want to learn more. I am a teacher and I have used lot what I learn in polish when I teach adult polish people Icelandic in Iceland. I'm looking forward to go again and learn more and see again the impressive old culture in Krakow."

"I found the school to very helpful, supportive, open and friendly. I felt you were given the chance to feel like an invited guest, a welcome participant (which I feel is very Polish, the character of hospitality). Nothing was a problem, from medical emergencies to finding a good place to eat! Wishing you every blessing for the future of your school. Pozdrawiam goraco."

"The classes were excellent, the teachers competent and attentive to everybody, the staff were very pleasant... I had the opportunity to speak a lot and I sincerely think I brushed up my Polish. I met people from several countries and until today we are writing e-mails to each other."

"The course was really the step which made it possible for me to start to make some conversation and to understand more what is going around in the daily life in Poland."

"As to the course which I followed in your institute in June 2006, I can say that I enjoyed it very much! The teachers were both very professional, kind and on the alert. During the two weeks I learned a lot of Polish, much more than during the month with another institute in 2005. Also the social aspects were very worthful to me, like excursions, a cooking workshop, going out in the evening together etc."

"I enjoy studying languages and have taken many classes in language instruction, in colleges, universities, adult schools, and privately. Without hesitation I would say that the Polish classes that I had at your school were the best language instruction that I have ever had. The teachers were knowledgeable, well-qualified, and friendly. They utilized proven methodologies which made learning stimulating and fun. They were able to strike a balance between keeping us students comfortable, and stretching our capabilities to enable us to learn more. The teaching was always good, at times it was magical and truly inspired. In addition to the morning classes, I also opted to have private instruction. These lessons not only reinforced the grammar and vocabulary that I was learning in the group classes, they also helped me to develop particular vocabulary and communication strategies which I would be needing for situations that would be occurring later during my stay in Poland. I was also pleased that the students were both younger and older, and came from a variety of countries and backgrounds. On one occasion I enjoyed going to a concert accompanied by the youngest member of our class (17) and the oldest member (64). I also recall a delightful lunch in Zakopane, sitting with a Swedish man, a German man, a Dutch man, and speaking a wonderful melange of languages that made the conversation pure pleasure. I also participated in many of the cultural excursions and social activities that were provided by the school, including trips to Zakopane, Wieliczka, Auschwitz, and a guided tour of Krakow . We were well taken care of by our guides. In the months since I have returned I think often about my time in Poland , especially in Krakow, and I am dreaming about the next time that I will be able to arrange my life to return and learn more Polish."

"I would like to say that for me it was a big advantage to be in the summer course in your school because it allowed me to know in which level I was, since I've learned by myself at home before and sometimes is difficult to evaluate where we are. On the other hand made my holidays in Krakow richer because I felt a bit more Cracovian and put me in contact with so interesting people! So nice stories I heard, so nice people I met. I have to congratulate also the teachers for the imagination and patience with us. And just say that it was more than I expected and that I recommend to who is thinking about going for it to try. Also the materials I think are great."
