This course is based in Krakow, Poland. Course cost is 590 Euro per person*
*This fee includes:
- all course lectures
- all course and lecture materials and hand-outs
- all course related excursions and field trips including transportation, all meals during field trips (including kosher meals upon request) and one night's accommodation in Warsaw
- a full Krakow tourist and social program
- Sabbath service arrangement for those who wish to participate
*This fee DOES NOT include:
- transport to and from Poland
- accommodation while in Krakow (see below for accommodation options)
- supplemental costs such as health insurance
[TOP] ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS and FEES:
While course participants are free to arrange their own accommodation whilst in Krakow, we are pleased to offer 2 accommodation options:
Option 1: SODISPAR Apartments
SODISPAR Lubelska Apartments: The first accommodation option offered is that of higher standard accommodation in self-contained apartments. This offer includes secure, self-contained units in a flat located only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre (4 tram stops to the school). These 4 units each have recently rennovated en suite bathroom facililites, satellite tv and telephones with free local calling. There is a shared kitchen for the 4 units. Also, there is an onsite computer room with free 24 hour access and high speed internet. Each apartment has 2 separate beds and can comfortably sleep 2. The cost of each of these units is 390 Euro per apartment.
Other SODISPAR Apartments: We can also arrange more luxurious, executive standard SODISPAR apartments situated right in the historic centre of Krakow's old town. All units are fully furnished and equipped with bathrooms, satellite television, kitchens, internet access and telephones with unlimited free local calling. The units vary in size from studio to full 3 bedroom apartments. As size of the units vary, so do the costs. Please contact us for further information with respect to availablity and pricing.
Option 2: D.S. Bydgoska Summer Hotel
The second accommodation option is in the D.S. Bydgoska Summer Hotel, a safe, clean and reasonably priced summer hotel that is located only minutes away from the course location and a short 7-10 minute (4 stops) tram ride to the historic centre of Krakow. The cost of this accommodation service for each session would be an additional 315 Euro on top of the course fees. (315 Euro for single occupancy or 210 Euro per person based on sharing of double-occupancy room) The student would be provided with a large clean double room with complete privacy, a clean private bathroom, refrigerator and kitchenette access for those who wish to do their own shopping and wish to prepare their own simple fare. Facilities in this summer hotel include a post office, a unisex hair salon, a television room, a computer room with free internet access and an elegant restaurant on the premises. The restaurant, "Eden" has complete dining and bar facilities, an outdoor beer garden and very reasonably priced and high quality Polish and Continental cuisine. The 315 Euro (or 210 Euro per person if sharing a room) would include 14 nights accommodation, unlimited free internet and computer access and a daily breakfast at the “Eden” restaurant.

To register, simply send us an email to info@polishsummer.com providing the following information:

- Your age
- Accommodation requirements
- Address, phone number, fax, e-mail.
After your email will be received by us, you will receive confirmation as well as an application and registration/payment instructions electronically. The application should be filled out and sent to us with a 150 Euro deposit. All applications should be received by us no later than May 01, 2006. Space is limited in these courses and thus we reccommend that applications be sent in as soon as possilble. Applications will be accepted after June 01 on first come, first served basis, space-permitting.
